From the moment I first contacted them to unloading the last item 3 days later, Sof, Danny and Abdul were professional, respectful and treated our belongings with great care throughout. I can't praise them enough for their patience and excellent service. To find this level of service is so hard these days and I cannot recommend them highly enough (especially as they had to move more than double the estimated amount of boxes!). They were very professional & took a lot of care wrapping individual pieces of furniture. They put matting down to protect our new floors and nothing seemed too much trouble.
we were moved in just over 3hours.

The communication throughout the process was brilliant and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again.

Gave me a quote same day, turned up on time, was understanding of vulnerable lady's needs going at her pace when doing clearance, was very thorough, went above and beyond to support, moved everything over to the new property, securing furniture to ensure no damage and carefully moved everything in, checking where things should go etc, can't recommend enough for house moves or clearances. 10/10. Can’t speak highly enough of Goosnargh Removals, from start to finish they were very professional and went the extra mile to get the job done. We had the full packing service and it was absolutely worth it, everything was well packed and systematically boxed. It ended up being a difficult completion due to solicitor issues but Sof was very flexible and a calming influence during a stressful time. All the team were great but I have particularly highlight Jason (and Sof of course) for really sorting us out and getting the move over the line.

The unpacking at the new house went into the early hours of the next day, it wasn’t for the faint hearted after such a long day but I can’t thank the team enough for maintaining their high standards throughout the job. Highly recommended, would definitely go with these guys again!
